Happy Graduation!

Graduation season has been busy!  Lots of graduations from 8th grade, to high school, to college and beyond.  My sister needed a graduation card for a graduation party.  I don’t have many graduation images, but found a digital image by Sherri Baldi.  I printed her off on Copic friendly paper and got to work.

Here is what I came up with…

Graduation Cards-1

The school colors are red and white, so I didn’t use very many Copic colors to color her.  I used a gold Signo pen to color the ribbon around the diploma and a white Signo pen to color in the white.  I fussy cut her out and added some foam dots to pop her up.

I used the Avery Elle’s Sentimental “Congratulations” and then fussy cut around the sentiment to make it fit my card.  I embossed the sentiment using some fine black embossing powder from Simon Says Stamp.

I added some green enamel dots and the card was finished.

A quick and easy card today.

Thanks for stopping by!
