Ellie’s Frothy Coffee

Our challenge this time at Di’s Digi Challenge is Beverages (Coffee, Tea, Martini, Lemonade, etc.). We hope you will join us!

For my card, I choose Di’s Ellie’s Frothy Coffee. Such a cute image!

I colored the image using my Copic markers and then added a little more detail with my black Prismacolor pencil.

I used the Wonky Stitched Rectangles by Pretty Pink Posh to cut my image out.

I couldn’t find any background paper that I could use so I decide to create my own. I used Gina K’s Lemon Drop paper and clear embossed the coffee cup image from Simon Says Stamp’s Happy Mail stamp set.

I felt the images disappeared in the background so I added some ink in Lemon Drop and Wild Dandelion, both Gina K inks.

I wanted it to stand out a little more so I added some sparkle using my Atyou Spica pens in Red, Chocolate, Lemon, and Black. I also added some shadows around the coffee cups with my black Prismacolor pencil.

We would love to have you join us at Di’s Digi Challenge! If you use one of Di’s Digis or CandiBean stamps in your project you could win two of Di’s Digi images!

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:
