Twirl

This is a different card shape for me. I went out of my comfort zone and tried something new for me. I saw a card by Sandiebella, an Inverted Z-fold card. I loved her card so decided to give it a try. She has great instructions on how to create this card shape.

I choose Twirl by Stamping Bella as my image, which unfortunately doesn’t appear to be available any more.

I colored the image with my Copic markers and then cut it out. I thought he looked like he was dancing, so I added an Action Wobbler to the back of the image before adhering the image to my card. I love the way when you tap him, he looks like he is dancing!

The Balloons are from Simon Says Stamp and thought they were prefect for a birthday card and the back panel. I added some shading with some ink. I tied some strings to the balloons and a small bow. I added a white panel to the back of the image panel for my birthday message.

One final look….

Thanks for stopping by! I’m off to get my Christmas cards made! It’s going to be here before we know it!
