Gnome Riding the Waves

I love Gnomes! This is an adorable stamp from Stamping Bella, Gnome Riding the Waves.

After coloring my image with my Copics, I fussy cut the image out leaving some of the water with the image. I created a background using some stencils to create the clouds and waves.

I added an Action Wobble to the back of my image so he can surf the waves. The Happy Birthday is from Simon Says Stamp (Happy Birthday Brush Script).
