Birthday Ice Cream

A little different card today. I didn’t color any part of this card!

This was a fun card to make for a change as I so often reach for my Copic markers or colored pencils. I only used a stencil and some die cuts.

I used the Dainty Plaid background stamp and matching Dainty Plaid Stencil from Pink Fresh Studio. After white heat embossing the background stamp, I used an assortment of inks from Simon Says Stamp from their Pawsitively Saturated Ink line to fill in the colors. The ice cream cones, sentiment and sequins are from Simon Says Stamp also, Ice Cream Scoop and Cone and Soft Serve Cone, Happy Birthday Brush Script, and Strawberry Shortcake Sequins.

One final look….

Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!

I love my Copics, but it is definitely fun to leave them on the side sometimes. That plaid background is really lovely!
