Easter Day for Bunnies

Who doesn’t like bunnies???? This adorable image is available at Di’s Digital Images. Here is my Design Team creation for our new challenge at Di’s Digi Challenge. Come join us. Our challenge this time is using two or more patterned papers.

Instead of using my Copics on this image, I decided to use my Prismacolor pencils for a change.

This was such a fun image to color! After coloring the image, I adhered the image to a piece of patterned paper (although my image covered the paper!). I started with a Lovely Lavender card base from Gina K and then added a piece of Wild Lilac, also from Gina K. I’ve had the patterned paper in my stash for some time. I used some dies from Memory Box, Wrapped Stitched Rectangles to cut my patterned paper.

The sentiment I used is from Simon Says Stamp, Eggsta Sweet Easter (I believe it is a retired set). I white heat embossed it 3 times to give it a nice raised look.

I added some Nuvo Drops in Crushed Grape to finish my card off.

I’m entering my card in the following card challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge – Anything Goes

Through the Craft Room Door – Anything Goes
