It’s Your Birthday

Seniorita Wanda is an older stamp that I have from Stamping Bella. This is a great image that can be used for many different occasions. I used it to make a birthday card.

This was a fun image to color with my Copic markers. I wanted to keep the colors to a limited color palette (with the exception of the skin). I saw a card on Pinterest similar to this one and liked it so I decided to do something similar.

I also decided to make this a window card with the image on the inside of my card instead on the front of my card as I usually do. I used an older die set from My Favorite Things, Stitched Arch Stax to cut my window from the front of my card. I then used the two larger dies to cut a border for my window.

My sentiment on the front of the card is from Simon Says Stamp, it’s your birthday.

This was a fun card to make, a little out of my comfort zone, but I was happy with how it turned out.

Thanks for stopping by!
