Flying Gnome

Wow, it has been almost a year since I posted on my blog….time just keeps flying by. Speaking of flying…..my card today used Flying Gnome from Stamping Bella. What a cute image.

I stamped the image in Gina K Amalgam black ink and colored the image with my copics. I used Gina K‘s Double Stitched Ovals to cut around my image and the Single Stitched Ovals from Gina K to cut a border for my image.

I created the background by first covering my paper using WPlus9 Sweet Gelato, Falling Star, and Ocean Drive inks. I’m not sure if those colors are still available. I have had them for some time. Once I was satisfied with the color, I added Gina K‘s Funky Flourish over the top of by background and added some black ink. I really like how the background came out.

I added some Glossy Accents to the goggles and some clear Nuvo Crystal drops to my background.

I adhered all of my layers to a Bubblegum Pink card base, also from Gina K.

Thanks for stopping by!
