One of my sisters’ birthday is on Valentine’s Day. I thought this cute image from Stamping Bella would make a great birthday/Valentine’s Day card for her.

I used my Copic markers to color her after stamping the image with Memento Black ink.

I added some white polka dots to her coat using my Signo white gel pen. I also added the snowflakes to her mittens. I cut a piece of dark red card stock using Simon Says Stamp Stitched Scallop Borders 2 die to put behind my image. I mounted the image on some pattern paper that I had in my stash. I used Gina K Ocean Mist card stock for my card base. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Best Ever, stamped with Ocean Mist ink from Gina K. To finish the card, I added some red sequins from my stash.
