Happy Valentine’s Day! For today’s card, I used an image from Whimsy Stamps, Valentine Penguin. This is a digital image that you can resize.

I colored the image using my Copic markers and then cut it out using a die from My Favorite Things, Stitched Arch Stax.

My background is a new die from Reverse Confetti, Oh My Heart. I die cut using white card stock, and then again using two different shades of red card stock. The die cuts both the background, and the little hearts. I then pieced the different shades of red hearts into the white background.

I stamped the greeting from the Gina K Hello Card Kit on white card stock and then cut it out using one of the Simon Says Stamp Banner dies. I mounted the sentiment on some black card stock. Since I was mailing the cards, I did kept the card pretty flat.
