Happy Easter! There are so many cute Easter images, and this one is no exception. The Chick Who Was A Lamb is by Stamping Bella. I just love those chick images!

I colored the “chicks” using my Copic markers. I have listed the colors I used at the bottom of my post.

I need to make a number of these cards for my nieces and nephews, so I had to create my own “pattern” paper. Using Basic Stripes from Simon Says Stamp, I created my own plaid paper. I used W Plus 9 Little Piggy and Bo Peep and Simon Says Stamp Wisteria for my colors.

I used the matching die to cut my chicks out. I wanted to give the impression that they were sitting on a branch in the air, so I used a stencil from My Favorite Things called Mini Cloud Edges to create the sky background. I used Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangles to cut out the plaid background and Stitched Ovals for the sky. For the background blue paper, I used Memory Box Wrapped Stitched Rectangles to cut a base for the card.

I used some White Nuvo drops to add the “bunny” tail to the chick. I popped the cloud background up with some foam tape. The sentiment is from the chick’s stamp set. I stamped it using the Simon Says Stamp Wisteria stamp pad and a smaller Wrapped Stitched Rectangle die from Memory Box.
Thanks for stopping by!
