Uptown Girl Madison Has A Margarita from Stamping Bella is such a great image! Makes me think of the beach…where I would LOVE to be!
One of my nieces had a birthday recently and I thought this would make a great card for her! I used my Copic markers to color her up. I have listed the Copics I used at the bottom of my post.
I had made some foil backgrounds when I was practicing “foiling” and decided to use a piece for the background layer for my image. I wanted something different to die cut my image, so I used a Stitched Scallop Basic Edges die from My Favorite Things to die cut just one side. I really liked the way it turned out with the foil background. (Foil is hard to photgraph…sorry it is so hard to see.)
The sentiment is from Edna With A Cupcake on Top (also from Stamping Bella)and the sentiment from the Uptown Girl Madison Has A Margarita stamp sent. I thought they went perfect together!
I finished off the card with some Nuvo Drops, Sugared Almond Gloss Drops and Aquatic Mist Glitter Drops.
I hope you enjoyed the card today.
Happy Crafting!
