Oh I have been sooo busy making cards! I haven’t had time to create any posts or even get the photos from my camera! LOL!

I’ve colored this image before in colored pencils but this time, used my Copic markers. We have several masculine birthdays in July, and what better image for a masculine card! This image is from the Birthday Wishes stamp set from Art Impressions.

I stamped the main image and then used the balloon image from the same stamp set to create some background detail.

To complete the background, I just added some “confetti streamers” to my background.

I added a few colored sequins and used the sentiment from the stamp set and my card was complete.

I do love that card! I used to own a lot of copics but unfortunately I had to sell them when I left my ex. I hated parting with them but I need things like a bed and kettle. One day I will start my collection again.

The Morning Scrapper

Wonderful masculine card! It captures the birthday excitement perfectly. The coloring on this is amazing. I would almost expect to feel a balloon texture if I touched the card. This card makes me happy especially since I have all boys, it’s a great masculine card.
