Since I was making four cards for a fundraiser, I decided that I didn’t want all four to be birthday cards. I’ve had this stamp from Stamping Bella for some time but had never used it. I have always loved it, but just couldn’t find the “right” reason to color her up.
I used my Copics to color her. I used a white gel pen to her pearl necklace and bracelet. I have listed the colors I choose at the bottom of my post.
I had some border dies from My Favorite Things that I had never used. I decided to make this card a little different than my “normal” card by using the border dies to shape the image and sentiment. I like how it turned out and will probably do this again.
After adding some patterned paper and some pink paper to my card, I added the image. To finish my card, I added some Sweet Lilac Nuvo Drops…my go to embellishment. LOL!
I did repeat the papers on the inside but left off any sentiment so that the person could write their own message.
