Oh Norm! Can’t you just see him sitting on the beach somewhere????? I decided to use him for a birthday card….I believe he has had a couple of those “beach” drinks. LOL! He is such a cute character!
I stamped him using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored him with my Copic Markers.
I used the little coconut glasses from My Favorite Things stamp set Penguins in Paradise. I thought they would be perfect for this little scene that I was creating….I know he was thirsty just sitting there!
Instead of using my Copics to color the background, I sponged it using a couple of different colors of ink from Stampin Up. For the sand, I just dabbed the paper with my sponge to get the “gritty” effect of the sand.
The sentiments are from Tim Holz, Crazy Talk. I just love all the words and phrases in the set! I used an older Stampin Up die set called Word Bubbles to stamp my sentiments on. I popped the sentiments up using dimensionals.
I cut the scene using Avery Elle’s Wonky Stitches die to cut the scene out. I just love this die set. I mounted the scene on some kraft card stock and I was done!
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!

I think I have met many a Norm!! As well as your colouring (of course, every time) I love the humour in this. It looks a bit like he has had so many cocktails he really needs to ask the question!
