A Little Crafting Time

A quick post for today.  I have another birthday card to share today.  For this card, I used Altenew’s Peony Bouquet.

I colored the flowers and leaves with my Copic markers and then added some detail with my Poloychromo colored pencils.

I stamped the flowers masking them as I created the strip of flowers.  I added the stems and leaves to create a vine.  I sponged a strip of card stock to match the color of the flowers as I didn’t have any card stock to match.  I found a strip of green card stock and layered that under my inked card stock.

I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from Simon Says Stamp’s Birthday Flowers stamp set.

I added some Moonshine sequins from Simon Says Stamp to add some sparkle to the card.

A simple, yet pretty card.
