Now who doesn’t like ice cream???????  Ice cream and chicks make a great birthday card.  Chicks With a Sprinkle on Top from Stamping Bella are just tooooo cute!  They do make a great birthday card!

Instead of using my Copics I decided to use my Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils with Gamsol.  I had never tried this technique, but found it fun!

I cut out the image using the Large Stitched Squares by Lawn Fawn.  I also used the Radial Stitched Dies by My Favorite Things as well as paper, Plaid Patterns.

The sentiment is one of my favorites, Handwritten Borders from Simon Says Stamp.   I created my the tags myself and added some enamel dots from my stash.
