I wanted to make a fun card, and what better image to use than Stamping Bella’s Helga The Hot Chick. Isn’t she just adorable???? The sentiment in the set is perfect!!!
Here is what I came up with…..

I used my Copic markers to color her. I’ve listed the colors I used at the bottom of this post. The Smile die cut is from Little Yellow Bicycle. I cut it from card stock and then used the Diagonal Stripes background stamp from My Favorite Things with Versa Mark ink. I used clear embossing powder to get the shaded stripes. I added a few Moonshine sequins from Simon Says Stamp.
