Yep, another April birthday card for a member of my family!
Here is what I came up with…..

I colored the image with my Copic markers. I created the background using the balloon stamp from Simon Says Stamp’s Big Birthday Wishes stamp set. I used my Distress inks to color in the balloons. I cut a few balloons out of white card stock and colored them with Distress inks and then added Glossy Accents to make them shine. I did the same for the candle in the same stamp set. I added twine to the balloons and candle. I cut out the image and mounted it with with dimensionals.
