I made another House Mouse Designs birthday card. I just love these stamps! They are so cute! I water colored the image this time with Distress Inks.
Here is what I came up with…
I used a stencil from Simon Says Stamp, Large Dots, to create the background. I used Daffodil Delight ink from Stampin Up. I used a die from Poppy Stamps, Cecilia Flower Outline to create the flower. I first cut it out of the green paper, and then again out of the designer paper. I then added the cutouts from the designer paper back into the middle of the flower. I used a different green paper for the leaves. The corner dies are from the Magnolia Doohickeys, Swirl Corner.
Another look…
I used the Dotted Dye from Avery Elle to cut out the banner. Birthday Wishes is from Simon Says Stamp, Birthday Messages. I stamped it in Daffodil Delight and clear embossed it. The sequins and pearls are from my stash.
A close up of the image. . .
And one final look…
