Two More Valentines

A couple more Valentines!  Again, I didn’t use any Copics L…maybe next time!  LOL!  I once again used some die cuts for the cards.

For the first one, I used the Queen of Hearts die from Memory Box.  Such a cute die!  I also used the “love” from Simon Says Stamps “Big Love You”.  I must have had some ink on my fingers when I placed the “love” on the card…oh my – what to do????  I decided to use some red stickles (it is a valentine’s card LOL!) to cover up the brown smudges…I think it turned out okay!

I used an embossing folder from Anna Griffin, Pirouette.  It makes for a nice background for the Queen of Hearts die!  I also saw a tutorial on making bows using the Envelope Maker and thought I would give it a try.  It is really simple!.

Here is what I came up with…

The second card only has one die cut, the “love” from Simon Says Stamp.  I have had a some stamps with “post card” images for some time.  I’m not sure where I got it, but I thought using those stamps to make “mini” postcards would make a nice little valentine.  I added some twine to give it a little bit of a vintage look.   I used another die for the sentiment on the inside, and of course I had to stamp a heart on the inside…it is a Valentine card.

Here is the second card I came up with. . .

Thanks for stopping by!  Stay warm!
