Edwin with Derby Hat

I saw a card on Pinterest using Washi tape.  I thought it was so cute.  I needed a masculine card for a November birthday and thought that it would work with different colors (pink isn’t really very masculine…LOL).  I decided to make it my own by changing it up a little bit.  I added Edwin with Derby hat and added a few other embellishments.

Here is what I came up with……….

And another look………

A close up of Edwin…… Isn’t he handsome!

I cut Edwin out and popped him up with dimensionals.  I purchased the Bow-it-All from Scor-Pal and love it!  It is really easy to use, and the bows are so pretty!  My sentiment is from Gina K – Birthday Greetings.  My Washi tape is from Downtown Tape.  I also decorated the inside of the card with another greeting from the same stamp set and used Stampin Up’s Framelets – Labels Collection.

A peek inside……

I used Perfect Layers Rulers to create my mats.  I love them!  It is so easy to get things straight!  LOL This was really a fun card to put together.

One final look……

I appreciate all of your comments and enjoying reading them!  Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
