Creative Copic Coloring for Card Making

My card today is the card I submitted for Kristina Werner’s Mail Call for the month of August. The theme for the month was coloring.

I choose an image that I had colored previously from a Kit and Clowder marker class back in May of 2019. I loved the image and decided to color it again for my card.

After coloring my image, I added it to a black mat. My sentiment is from Poppy Power, Hello Moonlight Script. I die cut the word from some Vintage Pastel Mirror cardstock from Memory Box. The shadow was cut from some vellum. I stacked three copies of the sentiment in white cardstock behind the vellum. To finish it off, I added some light green crystal jewels.

I colored the image with my Copic markers. This is my “go to” coloring medium. I have been taking Kit and Clowder classes since 2017 and have seen an improvement with my coloring.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
