Creating Unique Cards Without Die Cutting

Today’s card is a little bit unusual for me, no Copic color, no die cutting and no stenciling.

For my card, I used three different stamp sets to create my scene.

I first lightly added some ink to the to the top of my card panel and bottom of my card panel.

Once I had my inked panel, I began creating my scene. The mountains are a two-stamp image, the outline and the shadow. I first stamped the mountains in some black ink. I then added the shadows of the mountains using some brown ink.

Once I had the mountains stamped, I then stamped the trees. I used a couple of different colors for the trees, moved them over and stamped them again. This allowed me to create a line of trees. By using a darker and lighter ink, it gives the appearance of some trees in the background.

I used a third stamp set to stamp the deer and birds. I used a black ink for these silhouette images. I then stamped my sentiment at the bottom of my panel, added embossing powder and heat set the sentiment.

I then added the panel to a black mat and then a gray cardbase.

For my inside sentiment, I stamped it in black ink, added clear embossing powder and heat set it. I added it to the inside of my card and my card was complete.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
