Today I combined several different techniques, foiling, stamping, coloring and die cutting to create my card. I love using different techniques on a card as you can get different looks by varying the techniques.

- For my card base here is the process I used:
- To create my foiling background, I placed my foiling plate on the foiling platform, added my foil shiny side down on the plate, and then my cardstock.
- After heating the plate on the platform, I ran the platform through my Intri-Cut die and embossing machine with the setting for LetterPress.
- I carefully pealed the foil from my cardstock revealing the foiling on my cardstock.
- I used Master Layouts #1 to cut down the background and added it to a navy mat that was also cut from the Master Layouts #1.
- I added the matted background to a powder blue card base.

- For my images:
- I first stamped my images using my Stamping Wheel. I stamp my images twice to make sure that I have clear crisp lines.
- After stamping my images, I colored each image using my Copic markers.
- Once I had my images colored, I used the coordinating dies to cut my images out.
- Because I wanted the images to be popped up, I cut three additional copies of the images to attach to the back of each.
- I added my images to the card in a way that still showed the birthday greetings. This way, I did not need to add any additional sentiments to my card.
