I came across some sentiments from a company called Riley and Company. There are some pretty humerous ones. I needed a birthday card for one of my nieces and wanted to use one of the sentiments.

I have had this stamp set, Closeups “Clinks” from Stamping Bella and thought it would go perfect with one of the sentiments from Riley and Company. I stamped the image and then used my Copics to color the image. After coloring the image, I trimmed it down using You’ve Been Framed Layering Dies from The Rabbit Hole Designs.

For my background, I found some older Foil Mates from Gina K Thermoweb called Elegant Damask. I foiled it using Brillian Blue Holographic foil and my Fuse. My birthday sentiment is from Essential Glimmer Sentiments from Spellbinders. I used Cobalt Blue Glimmer Foil with my Glimmer Hot Foil machine. I used the Sentiment Dies from Simon Says Stamp to trim the sentiment down.

For the second sentiment on the front of my card, I used the sentiment from Riley and Company. I stamped the sentiment using Hero Arts Blue Hero Hues ink. I then heat embossed it using clear embossing powder. I added some Glossy Accents to the blue ring. I didn’t want to add anything else as I thought the card was busy enough.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
