I colored my image using my Copic markers.
I recently purchased the new Modern Postage Stencil/Die from Simon Says Stamp and decided to use it to cut my image out. I used the largest die and then slid the die down to trim my image to the size that I wanted.
My sentiment is from Taylor Expressions. After stamping my sentiment in black ink, I added some black embossing powder to give it some shine. I used the matching die to cut my sentiment out.
I have an older die from Simon Says Stamp with several different sizes of balloons. I die cut the smallest balloon from some silver paper I had on hand and adhered it to my card.
