Cupcake Hedgy

Our theme this time over at Di’s Digi Challenge is “For a Child”. Come join us! Di is having a great sale of 50% with the code SUMMER22. This adorable image from Di’s Digi Images, Cupcake Hedgy makes such a cute card!

I colored her up using my Copic markers. I used an older die from My Favorite Things to cut my image out.

I added Glossy Accents to the cherries and went over the banner flags with a Pink Atyou Spica pen. I a black Glaze pen on her eyes and nose to give them a bit of a shine. A little bit of a white Gelly Roll pen was used to add a highlight.

For my background, I used an older embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers. I believe it is called Quilted. My sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp, Happy Birthday. I die cut it from purple card stock once and then twice more from white card stock. After putting my card together, I added glossy accents to the sentiment to give it some shine.

Come join us over at Di’s Digi Challenge! We would love to see your creations!

I plan on entering my card in the following challenges:
