Once again this year, I am running behind. I was so busy at work that I thought I wouldn’t have time to make all of my Christmas cards. I needed a card that I could make quickly, as I had 75 to make to mail to friends and family.
I had watched a video from Gina K when she introduced her Merry and Bright Christmas Release and fell in love with the card. I thought it would make a great card, and it should be easy and quick to make!
Well, I spent the Sunday before Christmas from about 5:00 AM until 4:00 PM making these cards. They did go quick and easy! I stamped the image using Versamark ink on my white card stock three times and then added Gina K’s fine detail Silver embossing powder. I just love her powders as they are so fine, especially for detail work.
The ornament and sentiment are from the Gina K Christmas Stamp TV kit. The kit is no longer available, but the stamp set is, Merry and Bright. I also purchased her Powder Blue and Black card stock. I do love her papers. They are great for making cards.
I have several more Christmas cards to post..so I best get busy writing those posts! Hopefully I can get them done before Christmas comes around again! LOL!
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
Love that ornament stamp!! Can’t wait to see the rest of your christmas cards!!
