Sammy is Sweet

We do have some female birthdays in July and here is a card I made for one of those birthdays using Sammy is Sweet from Stamping Bella.

I used my Copic markers to color her and have listed the colors I used at the bottom of my post.

I used the matching die to cut her out and also cut out the image in fun foam.  I wanted to make this card a little different and found some digital paper that I liked from Whimsy Stamps.  After printing the paper, I used a distress tool to “rough” up the edges to give it a different look.  I really liked the outcome and will probably do this again.

I stamped the sentiment from an older stamp set that I have and attached my colored image, but of course, it needed something else.  Nuvo drops!  Yep, my go to embellishment!  This time I used Wisteria Purple Nuvo drops.

This was a fun card to make and hope you enjoyed your visit!
